well the part is now fitted and working well on semi. feeds flawlessly too. but...

... no idea what I've done but the selector rack now doesn't touch the micro switches on the selector switch board totally unrelated to the gears but with me managing to get the gun to work on semi via a utter bodge I'm quite sure it'll also work on auto.

I've taken a couple of videos of it on semi that i'll try getting on youtube tomorrow.

fixed the selector fault... well bodged it at least. I've managed to make a video of it doing full auto :) it's pretty scary doing a few further tests i've noticed the hop seems to be slightly less consistent im guessing due to not really getting the chance to take its original shape again before the next bb gets to it or something. If I did the glue mod it would most likely help this alot.

as for feeding i used a full 120 round systema HW magazine with .25 madbul bbs and there was no missfeeds or chopped bbs over the whole mag. I cant tell you if the empty magazine cut off functioned as it should as I've disabled it on my gun but im pretty sure it would.

In Canada our limit is generally 1.63 joules, so we're typically using .28g to .36g BBs making it difficult for the mags to keep up sometimes.
But when you have a gun as accurate and high performing as a hop-modded PTW, what the heck do you need full auto for?
I don't think I've ever needed to use full auto with my PTW, and we're doing everything from CQB to 300ft field engagements.
I've never understood the need for a rate of fire above 1500rpm, but to each their own I guess...

In Germany Airsoft players under 18 years are only allowed to own Guns under 230 Fps and Guns over 230 Fps can only shoot semi auto and are only allowed for people over 18 years.
So a high rate of fire is a big advantage here for players under 18 years, because you dont get a lot if range out of that low fps :-)

When you are used to GBBr's and RS platforms even the trigger responce of a 11.1 lipo in a ptw feels a tad slow.

And in the UK its typically 350-360 fps limits so this can keep up no bother.

I've tried it with a 20C 800mah lipo and Tac-Modded motor, M130 springs.

Feeding and semi/full works fine, sometimes the gear "over-runs" which is a big problem, as well as the motors/lipo getting so damn hot makes me worried that its gonna blow up one day...
I think im better off with my a bit slower response/rof setup with the regular gear, same lipo, and custom M80 spring that gives me about 300FPS.

Uhhhh the LiPo shouldn't be getting warm AT ALL.
You're LiPo is suffering from over current draw, you need to size up your batteries to take 18A continuous draw as soon as possible or you risk burning down your house when charging those damaged 800mah LiPo's....
