Newest Hop Up design*interesting*

I know it is Celcius but they seem to be getting better and better. This Celcius Reformation hop up looks like it has a lot of potential. It gets rid of all the internal parts for one rubber just like an AEG. The air seal should be very good and they fixed some of the issues of the new ejection port adjust hop ups. I ordered one of these and a reformation 3 CQB barrel for my next custom PTW Knights SBR rifle. Their Reformation barrels are great. Better than my PDI's.

Why better airseal?

My Stich PTW Bad great Chrono results..... 387, 387, 387, 388, 389, 386, 387, 388, 390, 388 FPS I think these results are perfect.
But the other improvments are maybe a nice to have.

Due to this companies pathetic history, anything that company makes needs to be amazing and for years it hasn't been.

For a start, that barrel literally scrapes powder off your BB surface.
Where the BB goes in flight after that is anyone's guess.

If anyone has one of these barrels, check your ports for BB residue......shocking

The hop....I'm sceptical but will wait and see. How often we change our hop is so rare, it's a pointless invention

My buddy has the original barrel and it was great. But I have tested this new barrel and hop and it doesn't look good. Not sure which is the problem at this point. But I believe the hop up is crap.

I wouldn't even try it out with the provided hop rubber. As far as I'm concerned the only advantage to this design is that it can be easily Rhopped.
Try putting an Rhop in it and see what happens... Might need to get creative with the nub though.

I might play around with it. But even my barrel looks like it has issues also. The part machined for the key is not straight to the barrel. It angles to one side.

I think I'm just going to build a Orga Magnus widebore and flat hop with a RWA chamber. If needed I will have my machine shop cut me a longer pin for it. Someone reported not getting any hop up with that set up.

I've got an orga 6.10 with an RWA chamber and I'm using a 3mm OD rubber, and I'm getting perfect hop

How well is it shooting? Maybe he didn't install something correctly.
