Yeah, kinda.
The RS MOE's aren't very good for PTW's compared to the MIAD because the bottom cover doesn't fully seal the grip like the MIAD does. There's a bunch of big gaps that are around the edges of the bottom plate that let dirt and water inside. I've seen people fill the gaps with glue or tape, but it just seems like the MIAD works better all around.
If you can solve that problem, I'd say you've got yourself a cool grip.

or simply cut a groove and put a thin oring around the base plate.
