Breaking In Mag Springs

guys, I have searched to no avail.......

I have just taken delivery of some new PMAGs and need them broken in by Sunday. I need to be able to do this IN my home as I don't have a garden and the local 5-0 don't like me firing out the windows.

Do I fill the mag fully and leave it for some time or do I fill it, empty it, fill it and so on? Or is there another way? What's considered the most effective way?

I'm night shift this week so I am generally foul tempered and don't have time for fannying about. :evil:

This has always worked for me with Systema mags and its what Tackleberry recommends - but DO NOT use silicone oil. That bit is a lie...
