Order time comparison: UNCompany, Wgcshop and Redwolf

I just ordered from WGC Shop, Uncompany and Redwolf to compare the customer service and order handling time and I thought I might share my results:
Uncompany: 2 days nothing out of stock.
Wgcshop: 3 days, one item out of stock (due to error in inventory, it was ordered and confirmed), reply within 12 hours.
Redwolf: 16 days, one item out of stock(due to error in inventory, it was ordered and confirmed), reply around 48-64 hours.

In both the redwolf and wgcshop case their homepage said that they had the item in stock and the order was confirmed but in the packing process they found out that the item was missing. My overall impression is that Redwolf was by far the slowest and had the worst customer service. They delayed the order for another week just to try to not refund the missing sum to my credit card (paypal) instead giving me stock credit.

Redwolf:
"Thank you for ordering from Redwolf Airsoft. Regarding order# XXXXXXX, due to database issue the following item is out of stock."
Me:
"Drop that from the order and refund the ammout to my creditcard."
Redwolf:
"Thank you for your email. Can we just keep the amount as store credit under your RedWolf account instead, you can feel free to use this credit for your future orders. Please kindly confirm so we can further arrange your existing order."

I'd go with UNC and WGC anytime. I ordered my PTW SCK from Redwolf, and not only it took 2 f**king months for "express shipping", also the motor was missing and I had to buy a new one off Tac...

I sort of like airsoftglobal -- they have a normal shopping cart where shipping is calculated automatically and you pay right away without waiting for any sort of confirmation or anything before you can actually pay.

I've ordered from redwolf, wgcshop and uncompany (to name a few). Never had an issue with any site.
I recently ordered Systema magazines from redwolf with no problems.

locally no one goes to UN period they dont even have much stocks in their shop.
as for redwolf vs. WGC- WGC has a HUGE display shop and a even bigger warehouse. They also have more staff compared to redwolf.
Redwolf has a equally huge warehouse, but the customer relations kinda suck.

Yeah, you need to call them. If you paid with PayPal, file a complaint immediately, you may run out of time to do that if you wait for redwolf to respond first.

Well, if the didn't get back to you on that issue yet, you totally have to call them.
