EBAirsoft or how not to do customer service.

Soooo - having picked a set of AOR1 field pants and genuine pads being out of stock everywhere, I ordered a set of copy field pant pads from these guys and when received they'd been folded in half into a C5 envelope so instead of looking like this;

They look like this;

Even after 48 hours resting under a large book;

I then get involved in the email trail below after requesting replacment or refund.

So buyer beware - it would appear that complaining about defective goods is "picky"!

I have done, your packaging has permanently damaged the foam. It is so creased, they do not lie flat and the foam across the middle (side to side) is so damaged it offers no protection to the knee.

More pictures attached, compare with the picture on your website.

Send replacement pads or refund me. I paid by PayPal so I have enough evidence for a defective/damaged goods claim.

Can you use some heavy thing to press it down?

Hi,

That's not acceptable. They have a large crease running through the middle of the pad still after 48 hours of unpacking.

The foam is still compressed and gives no protection in the middle of the pad.

Replacement please or I open a case for defective goods.

Matt.

Hello,

Item received but whoever packed it folded the pads in half to fit the envelope and damaged them. Please see attached photo, these are not fit for purpose. They will not straighten out and are badly creased.

Please send replacements asap or I shall be opening a paypal dispute.

Matt.

Yup, we want cheap prices, we buy from places that offer exactly that - and nothing more. I got even worse than that the first and only time I ordered from those guys, now I look elsewhere. But most places that discount stuff so heavily don't have the profits to spend on customer service, so you're taking the good with the bad.
