Has any one got similiar false response from them?

I am really pissed that they can say such a thing when the model do not exist from factory :twisted:

As I've stated in my other post. They probably stuck a cheapo RIS and call it factory.
I'll never order anything from them. Heard too many bad stories.

Wrong item shipped. Broken stuff shipped. Missing items.
Then it becomes a real hassle to have evike fix things.
This is from what I've heard. I've never ordered from evike so I can't be sure. I started playing 3 years ago and when I started, people from my local airsoft community told me to stay away from evike.
So I won't order from them, I'll use my hard earned money somewhere else. I've never had a problem with the online retailers that I use.

Yeah, I've heard about them shipping wrong items too, quite recently at that. In my limited dealings with evike they didn't mess up anything tho.

I did order from evike 3 times, first 2 times everything waqs good then 3rd one of the M203 shels came broken try to contac them no response at all,this was like 3 months ago

I have had one bad experience with them. The item i bought was back ordered, but showed instock. But they let me get something else.
I have had several items not ship from airsoftgi, several times.
As weird(and bad...most likely). I bought my ptw from them with a utg rail on it from evike. I have never had a single issue with it, an ive had it for all most 2 years now. My ptw is the only rifle i own, so it all the time.
Yea, i not a fan of the rail. But i plan to upgrade it very soon.

I've had good experience with evike at the beginning, after few purchases they became careless and incompetent.
I ordered a metal handguard with UTG markings on the rubber guards for my PTW as advertised but when i received the item it was totally the opposite, some of my orders were shipped incompletely so i have to face the burden of contacting them and being on hold for almost an hour or so (not just once).Also don't bother asking them for advice or ideas on items cause obviously most of the guys there don't know what they're talking about. Lastly, they advertise items as in stock but you'll end up having back orders most of the time, obviously they don't update. Now, tell me where's the competence in there... plus over priced at some. I shifted to airsoftGI, so far they're pretty good/Knowledgeable...Hopingly..(fingers crossed). I'm going to try my chances/luck with Empire Airsoft too, I heard the guys there are great.

Evike is in the business to make money, not to encourage a fun hobby. They ignore any attempt at returns, and regularly try to trick you out of your money. Airsoft GI on the other hand, is in the business to provide players in the US with the best equipment and advice. I always buy from GI (unless the item is out of stock, then I buy from Trinity Airsoft). Evike will list anything that they have out of stock as "pre-order" hoping to take you money and have you forget that you placed a "pre-order" for and item that they have no ETA for.

Ordered with Evike once and let me say, I do not intend on ordering from them again. Their shipping prices was high and slow, shipping from Hong Kong is cheaper & faster to me. However, the turn off to me was they listed a product 'in stock' when it wasn't and I had to check on the order status myself. They propsed that I could wait for the next shipment, credit of xxxUSD or a refund. When I order things, I like to hit it all in one go to cut on shipping costs, having the item I wanted not in stock meant I would have to look elsewhere.

High shipping, ages to post, plus customs fee and the item is shite!!
