Small range with full magazines

Postby Jighad on Sun May 25, 2014 12:04 pm

Hey guys.

Following problem:
If i fill up my mags with arround 120 BBs i just have a range of 10-15 meters. So if i shoot out the mags of a half the gun runs perfectly.

The mags runs fine in all other PTWs. The problem exist both at Rampos Pmags with Vanaras Internal and original Systema mags.

Do you guys have any idea whats the reason? I have disassembled the complete Hop Up unit and switched some parts but without any success.

Thanks in forward!

check the CU-009 O-ring and air nozzle, but my gun does the same thing, I stretched the mag springs and it helped a lot.
I don't find the need to load more than 60 rounds in a mag anyway though

I have had the same problem when using the last two latest hopup units. It happened with all brands of mags and both OEM barrel and a PDI. The issue went away when I switched to the 08 stock hopup and also using FCC hopup unit. I have not used the newest FCC HU. I have never received a answer to this issue.
You know, it's cigarettes that killed Jerry. Everyone thinks it's heroin, but it wasn't. It was cigarettes.
