Start project, photo donor, GBB WE HK416:

Outer barrel WE, compatible with the internal diameter of the stem PTW, but the necessary improvements:

Upper requires grooves inside that could be mounted cylinders PTW. I did this with the help of this machine HERE

The same machine, done under motor mount:

a motor mounted:

Cavity lower requires little elaboration, that the gearbox could enter the PTW (approximately 0.5 mm).

Photography as part of the cylinder, in the Upper:

Bush, in the Upper to hop-up:

Almost Ready Upper, I'm waiting for the arrival of me, the new cylinder from the company FCC (Upper BE CHANGED is not compatible with the old system of cylinders)

Image

The handle of the firm FCC - complete sh*t. He hangs out, there is a gap:

But I worked Files, and came to the following result:

Milling under motor power wires (tube stock - machined on a lathe WE GBB)

Link, Video functioning lower

As of today, I'm waiting for when the company will deliver a new cylinder FСС to start tests.

Damn impressive machining skills you got there. Nice to see a fellow colleague at hard work to obtain something unique.

I really like SGT HK Sets, but there is still shine that stands out that you have done it yourself.

Are you planning on converting RS/40% lowers for TW use?

If I ever get the RS / 40% lowers, I will try to adapt it.

Good job, looks pretty fantastic!
looks like the hardest part would have been machining the hole for the gearbox, pretty critical alignment needed there.

In fact, this is not the biggest problem. Strength alloy used by WE enough for this custom PTW.
